Hotel Accomodations

Mission Point Resort has blocked off rooms for the Mackinac Island Swim at a discount.  THESE ROOMS SELL OUT THE FASTEST.  This is our host hotel and features our finish line festivities on their front lawn.

Grand Hotel has blocked off rooms for the Mackinac Island Swim at a discount.  This hotel is the priciest on the island, but also offers the most amenities and service.  It is also the closest hotel to our start line.

Holiday Inn Express in Mackinaw City (not on the island) has blocked off rooms for the Mackinac Island Swim at a 40% discount.   Please call them directly @ (231) 436-7100 and mention you are with the Mackinac Island Swim group

More hotel blocks may be offered at a discount at the beginning of 2024.  Check back soon.  Please understand that getting lodging on Mackinac Island can be difficult if you wait even until early spring.  MAKE YOUR PLANS NOW

Shepler's Ferry is providing us with 2 early ferries for swimmers at 6:30am on event morning.  All swimmers, spectators, volunteers and staff coming from the mainland on event morning MUST USE THESE FERRIES.  No other ferries will be available at this time.  These ferries depart from Mackinaw City ONLY (no ferries from St. Ignace will be available at that time)

For the 2024 Swim, swimmers will be responsible for purchasing their own ferry tickets!
